What We do
We convert facilities that are still using 3rd party rehab vendors to an "in-house" model so operators are in complete control of both their cost and revenue. If you are already in-house, we step in to alleviate the rehab management challenges you may be experiencing. A dedicated Premier Rehab regional manager is actively involved with the day-to day management of the rehab department both on-site and virtually. We provide therapy department recruiting services, host the rehab software, train on PDPM, and provide ongoing support. We continually assist the therapists with training and resources to ensure quality and positive outcomes are always the focus.
